• All payments are due as outlined in estimates, invoices, or agreements.
   
• For SMS or online bookings, deposits may be required to secure your appointment.
   
• Hidden Leaf LLC reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason, including service fees or cancellation fees.
   

• Ensure access to the property and necessary areas for service completion.
   
• Remove obstacles or items that may interfere with the service.
   
• Notify Hidden Leaf LLC of any sensitive plants, pets, or hazards on the property.
   

• Hidden Leaf LLC is not liable for any damage to plants, vegetation, or property unless caused by gross negligence.
   
• We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
   

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service notifications, reminders, and promotional messages via SMS.
   
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
   
• You may opt-out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP.”
